Nothing but praise for Magnet kitchens Chingford
We recently bought the Winchester Sage kitchen from Magnet Kitchens in Chingford, East London. The kitchen designer Daniel Barnard was amazing. Always patient, knowledgeable and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and he always had time to discuss the design and perfect it. What’s more he discussed the initial measurements with the builders to iron out any hiccups and indeed was happy to discuss the fitting with them throughout the process. Magnet kitchens were competitive on price and in my opinion very good value for money for both units and appliances. The units are sturdy and the whole kitchen looks a treat. We are extremely happy and would not hesitate to recommend the Chingford branch of Magnet kitchens especially Daniel Barnard. And last but not least, the admin person on the desk Michelle, who is first person you deal when you ring or visit the showroom, was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient in making sure messages were passed on. All in all we have nothing but praise for the Chingford branch. Keep up the good work and we hope you continue to do well.

My Magnet kitchen experience is just what I dreamt of.
Investing in a kitchen is no small expense so I set about doing some research. With the power of the internet it was soon clear that Magnet was certainly very well rated for both quality and price. I called the Chingford branch and immediately got the vibe. Daniel was on the end of the phone patiently noting our aspirations for an inspired kitchen. We were promptly wowed by his product knowledge and design advice. The patience and support of the whole team at the branch is worth a mention, especially these days, with so much to choose from. That feeling of easily accessible support just makes such a difference True to form, Our kitchen was delivered as seamlessly as promised and we are very proud and happy with our Tatton range kitchen. I recommend the Magnet brand for quality, and the Chingford team? ..well they are just great.

Magnet’s Chingford Branch
After lengthy consideration and supplier evaluation, I decided to buy a new kitchen from Magnet at Chingford. The process was reasonably lengthy (Covid of course) but with the unfailing help of Daniel and Michelle, the final results have exceeded expectations aided by the superb workmanship of Jim and his team.
Magnet’s Chingford team are to be commended and are recommended for anyone considering the rather disruptive process of buying a new kitchen.

Magnet kitchen in Chingford
I am not very good at making decisions so choosing a new kitchen was a minefield! Michael Georgiou of the Chingford branch was brilliant. He was incredibly patient with us, re-designing and giving us ideas. It took a few visits and this was in the build-up to lockdown, but we got there and I love my new kitchen. The quality of the units is really good and we were very happy with the final cost. Also a mention to Paul Behan who took my calls and answered any questions whilst the lockdown was on. He too, made time to make sure I had what I needed. When initially browsing, Michelle was very helpful too, pointing us in the right direction of what we might like, without being pushy. All in all a great shopping experience and I would highly recommend the Chingford team.

Magnet kitchen in Chingford
After visiting a few kitchen suppliers who had left me feeling they were just going through the motions, I decided to go into Magnet Kitchens in Chingford as I happened to see it on my way home. What an experience that was. I was warmly greeted by Michelle as soon as I walked in and who patiently answered all my grilling questions as I had become a bit disillusioned with my experience of other kitchen suppliers and expected the same treatment from her. How wrong was I? She recommended that I speak with Michael about what I wanted in my kitchen and he would come up with some designs for me. Michael was patience personified, as I changed my mind a number of times, wanting to ensure the kitchen would work just as well for my elderly mother as it would for me. He was always polite and genuinely helpful, working with me to address my concerns and reassure me on which options would meet our needs.
I took my builder with me the second time I went to Magnet Kitchens, persuading him to open an account with them, he was reluctant to do so because he already had an account with another well know trade supplier of kitchens. His resistance was soon diminished when Sharon worked her magic and made him see what Magnet could offer him. He signed up there and then.
Paul the manager, was also extremely helpful and friendly and was always happy to answer any questions I had, if Michael was busy with another customer when I turned up at the showroom.
Investing in a kitchen is a big expenditure, so on occasion when I was unsure if I was making the right choices, Michelle would spend time either on the phone or in the showroom, asking me what I was concerned about and talk it through with me giving me practical advice, cups of coffee and the confidence to move forward.
I can honestly say that I have never come across a Kitchen supplier where the entire team of people I had contact with were so friendly, really listened to my wishes and my concerns and actively worked to help me make the right decision for me. I went into Magnet Kitchens Chingford and expected to come out just as disillusioned as I had from the other kitchen suppliers I had been to, but I'm happy to say, I came out with a spectacular kitchen and I have to pinch myself to make sure I'm not dreaming. I was so impressed with Magnet kitchens Chingford, that even though I had only intended to buy my kitchen units from them, I ended up buying the kitchen units, all my appliances, the flooring for the entire ground floor for my property and all my internal doors from Magnet kitchens Chingford. Paul, you have an amazing team and you have all made me one very happy customer. I would be delighted to recommend you and your team to anyone I know who is looking for a new kitchen, in fact I already have. I cannot thank you all enough.
